Registration:
To secure your camper’s spot, full payment is required at the time of registration. Camp spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a camp reaches capacity, a waitlist will automatically begin.

Refunds and camp credits are not available for days missed or canceled. However, if you need to cancel your registration at least one week before your camp begins, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than a week before the start of camp are non-refundable, and camp credits cannot be applied toward school tuition or fees.

When you’re ready to sign up, you’ll be redirected to our Homeroom site to complete your registration and payment. After you create your family account, you can log in anytime using the same link to view your camp schedule or register for additional weeks.

Important Registration Note:
When registering through Homeroom, any items added to your cart will remain there for 25 minutes. After that time, your cart will be emptied and any spots you selected will no longer be held. Please complete your registration within that timeframe to ensure your camper’s place in the camp.

Refunds and Transfer Fees:

• All changes to registration or reallocations of payment are subject to a $10 transfer fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file at the time of change.

• After the Monday before camp, payments are nontransferable and nonrefundable, except when switching camps within the same week.

Payment Types:
We are only accepting credit cards and ACH payments. Checks will not be accepted.

Exceptions:
Campers who miss three (3) or more days due to illness with a doctor’s note will be eligible for a refund for the days missed. Refunds will not be issued without medical documentation.
